Moscato D’Asti Dolce Vita by Pico Maccario shows all its complexity. Fruity and floral scents are the result of mineral soils that give their best to the grapes. 60 hectares of vineyards, spread in Alto Monferrato, one of the best areas in the world for the production of Moscato. These territories give to the grapes the ideal conditions to grow up. The wine-makers take care of the vineyards as they were their sons till the moment of the manual harvest. The soft pressing and the treatment in inox preserve the organoleptic features of the grapes. Important step of production is the maceration on skins, that extracts important aromas. 100% Moscato grapes, cultivated in the area of Mombaruzzo, in the district of Asti. After a few hours of maceration on skins, the juice is separated and fermented at controlled temperature for the foam formation. The aging consists in a brief period in the bottle.

Recommended food pairings while tasting this wine from Piedmont
It is the perfect wine to end the meal, with sweets. Recently somebody has proposed something more original, like the pairing with chesses, spicy and hot preparations. Interesting is the combination with fruits like fig and melon. It has to be served at 8-10°.
