From an old vineyard located in Tendone and Filare, in the Controguerra area near Teramo, this red wine from Cantine Torri was born: the vineyards are located at an altitude of 290 m above sea level with a south/southeast exposure, so the bunches have the opportunity to benefit from a significant temperature range. After hand-harvesting the bunches harvested towards the end of October, steel winemaking takes place. Once the malolactic process is complete, the wine is aged in the bottle for at least six months.
Characteristics of this wine from Cantine Torri
It has a dark ruby red color with purple highlights. The olfactory notes recall red, violet, carnation and pink flowers. On the palate, it's a riot of plums, blackberries, and balsamic notes; soft and fresh, with a mineral finish.
