Spumante Extra Dry “Mappai” is a sperkling wine produced byTenuta Torre Zecchei winery, an historical winery which has always worked with love and competence, creating remarkable products. Grapes that give life to this sparkling wine are 100% Glera and they comes from Valdobbiadene territory.
Characteristics of Sparkling Extra Dry "Mappai"
It displays a yellow colour, almost golden and a floral bouquet of jasmine flower, citrus fruits and pineapple senses notes. Fresh, soft and slightly acid in taste with a slightly sweet hint.

It’s perfect to be paired with desserts, fruits and recently it has been drunk as aperitif and also to celebrate important occasions. It should be served in a flute at a temperature of 8-10°C after being uncorked and placed in an ice bucket full of ice mixed with water.
