Langhe Bianco "Viadelsale" DOC FONTANAFREDDA

Fontanafredda winery, famous all over the world, produces this sensational White Doc wine through the vinification in Blend id grapes of Arneis, Sauvignon, Viognier. The production area is the hills of the lower and west, south-west and upper Langa. The vinification requires that the must obtained from a soft pressing is immediately separated from the skins and cooled, to be left to decant in a natural way. Then the fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (18-20°C). The wine is aged for 1 year in stainless steel tanks on its lees.

Characteristics of this white wine

The organoleptic examination shows an aspect of intense straw yellow color. The scent when young, is rich and full offers intense floral and fruity sensations, developing over time the classic notes of honey, acacia and exotic fruit. The taste is full and balanced, full-bodied and persistent.

Serving suggestions tasting Langhe Bianco Doc

An excellent wine as an aperitif served fresh. Also perfect with light appetizers and fish based, and also with first courses. The optimal serving temperature is 8°C in a high and wide glass.
