The Hofstätter owns the Lagrein vineyards and it produces this fantastic Rosé with the Alto Agide DOC certification. The soil is clay, with thin sandy and a pebbly consistence. These elements give a mineral aroma to the wine. The grapes are destemmed and they must macerate and then they are pressed. In this way, the colors of the peels arrive only in part to the must to obtain the rosé wine. The grapes come from the Termeno and Ora vineyards and they give a delicacy and a refinement typical of the best rosé wines. It rests for short time on the peels and it matures in steel to have a great pleasantness and balance.
