This full-bodied and energetic red wine offers a colorful and elegant aroma, which immediately makes Travaglini one of the leading producers in this DOCG. A perfect union is that between Travaglini and Gattinara, which for nearly sixty years has produced high-quality labels, where Nebbiolo demonstrates its full power in the Vercelli area, a part of Piedmont far from the Langhe. To produce this iconic wine, the bunches come from vineyards characterized by a rocky subsoil rich in mineral salts, located at an altitude of between 300 and 400 meters above sea level; after manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature for approximately 10-15 days; We then continue aging for 28 months in oak barrels of varying capacities: after this maturation, we proceed with bottling operations.
