This Brolese from Villa Crespia Winery is a Franciacorta Extra Brut Rosé produced from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes grown organically in the Muratori family's vineyards. The vinification involves the assembly of Pinot Noir vinified with cold maceration and assembly of Chardonnay at the time of the draft. The refinement requires a permanence in the bottle for at least 24 months.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta Rosé
The organoleptic test shows an onion skin pink color, with slightly coppery reflections. The olfactory notes revolve around red berried fruits such as strawberry, cherry and pomegranate, with a hint of marzipan. On the palate there is a sensation of freshness and harmony, with an aftertaste of licorice.
