The brand Corte Giara was founded in 1989 by an initiative of the family Allegrini to enhance this area of Valpolicella in order to offer wine high-value, easier and more affordable, wines true to tradition with a more modern appeal. Valpolicella DOC is a red wine Veronese. The grapes that give life to this wine are: 75% Corvina Veronese and 25% Rondinella; cultivated in Cavaion Veronese in the hills of Lake Garda. After fermentation for about 8/10 days, the wine is aged in stainless steel for 3 months and in bottle for 2 months.

Its color is intense ruby red. Its aroma is characteristic of this wine with notes of cherry, pepper and aromatic herbs. To the palate is sleek and aggressive in complete harmony between the acidity of the wine and the softness of the fruit.
