From La Giuva winery a refined Valpolicella Classico of great refinement and value. For its vinification are used Corvina grapes for 50% which are added in a blend of 20% of Corvinone grapes and 30% of Rondinella. The origin is the classic one of Veneto within the company boundaries that fall within the municipality of Verona. For fermentation the must obtained with the freshest grapes of the vineyards, collected in boxes and left to stand for about fifteen days, proceeds with fulling and fermentation at low temperatures that make up the young and genuine character. Finally, the aging of the wine takes place in steel tanks for three months at natural outdoor temperature.
