The Grillo "Sur Sur" DOC by Donnafugata winery is a refined and delicate white wine produced with 100% Grillo grapes vinification. The vinification is started with the harvest of the grapes at the end of August. After the soft pressing of the grapes, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages for a few months in cement tanks and at least 2 months in bottle before being put on the market. The Donnafugata winery is located in the fascinating hinterland of Western Sicily, within the vast farm area in addition to the breeding of the vines are also installed the wine cellar, production laboratory and cellar storage and aging of wines.
