From the vinification of 100% pure Pinot Grigio grapes. The origin is the classic one of the territory of San Lorenzo Isontino, near Gorizia. The vinification involves fermentation in 500 lt French oak barrels (22-24°C), maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 11 months with frequent bâtonnage. Bottling and bottle aging for at least 12 months.
Pinot Grigio Gris DOC Lis Neris’ features
An intense straw yellow colour. The perfume on the nose expresses an olfactory profile of great charm composed of notes of hay, custard, orange blossom honey, sweet spices. The taste has a mineral tone opens to a full, very fine taste, marked by a certain acidity and a nice sapidity. Balanced, fresh and satisfying, it closes with a unique finish for persistence.
