From the vinification of 100% pure Merlot grapes, in the winery of Trentino Kellerei Adrian was born this sensational dicco wine of aromas and fruity notes. The vinification involves the use of the traditional method in red, the must is kept in stainless steel containers, followed by accurate pumping over and finally a proper period of maturation and malolactic fermentation completely carried out in barriques.

The wine shows an intense ruby red color. The aroma, which is evident from the organoleptic examination, expresses itself to the nose with a pleasing and intense fruity bouquet with hints of black currant, plum and cherry. The taste on the palate is warm, full, complex, generous and harmonious. Excellent persistence.
