A wide wine characterized by the immense expressiveness of the aromas, enchants the taster and seduces him with the characteristic floral notes. The variety of grapes used for its vinification are those of 100% Sauvignon. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature; maturation on fine yeast for six months.
