This Sauvignon is free to express all its deep essentiality. We are talking about “Ronco del Cerò”, that ages 5 months on its yeasts in steel, to preserve, as Venica winery requires, all the features of the variety and all the shades of the soils of Collio. This white wine conquers with its fragrance and its freshness and is able to satisfy even the most exigent. When the menu contains aromatic preparation, the choice is inevitable: “Ronco del Cerò”. It will reveal all its secrets, giving value to the dishes that it will accompany. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The wine making process considers that the maceration of the pressed grapes lasts for 18 max 24 hours at a controlled temperature that swings between 11-12°C. It is managed in specific containers protected by oxygen through the recycling of its fermentation CO2, to reduce the quantity of antioxidants. The must then ferments and ages on its yeasts for 5 months in steel containers.

The organoleptic exam reveals light straw yellow colour with green shades. Its perfume is aromatic, fruity and mineral with hints that are typical of the variety. The taste follows the perfumes, recalling white peach and green pepper. It is characterized by fragrance and long persistence.

Perfect with aromatic dishes. Excellent with asparagus velvet sauce with prawns. It has to be served at 8°C in a high, tapered wine glass.
