The Ceretto winery produces this refined and elegant white wine of the Piemontese tradition. The denomination of Blangé is the DOC Langhe Arneis. The area of production of this fantastic wine is that of the municipality of Vezza d'Alba, Castellinaldo and Canale d'Alba. All areas widely included in the DOC area identified by the specification. The grapes used for its production are those of the 100% pure Arneis vineyard The term "Blangè" identifies the white side of Piedmontese wines; a product that marked an era, revolutionizing the Langhe wine enology dedicated until the middle of the last century to the exclusive exploitation of the red berry varieties. This wine of Arnais grapes is the son of a strongly characterizing territory, that of Roero, and of a productive will aimed at strengthening the variety's recognizability, beyond the pleasantness, the Blangè combines the sustainable approach in the vineyard with the modernity of execution. Fruit and minerality, fragrance and balanced freshness, coexist in a white that has made the enjoyment and transversality its trademark.
