From the vinification of classic and indigenous grapes of Traminer Aromatic Vine from Trentino. The origin is that of the Merano area, where the company operates. The grape is locally called "Gewürztraminer": it is the native white grape variety par excellence of South Tyrol and grows particularly well in the low altitudes around Merano. For the vinification, cold maceration for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature takes place in small stainless steel wine tanks. Maturation on the lees for 6 months follows.
