From pure vinification of Gewürztraminer grapes. The vineyards are between 5 and 20 years old. The yield per hectare is 60 hectoliters of wine. The training system is that of Trentino pergola and gujot and the vinification involves the late harvest of particularly ripe and perfectly healthy grapes, de-stemming, cold maceration at a controlled temperature of 10°C for 12 hours, then soft pressing, natural decantation, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C, finally the maturation on the fine lees in steel tanks for 4 months. The vineyard is located on hilly areas located at an altitude above sea level between 350 meters and 450 meters. The exposure is optimal towards the South East and the characteristics of the soil are typical of the Trentino area: Calcareous clayey soil, warm and well hydrated.
