From the vinification of indigenous grapes of 100% pure Aromatic Traminer. The origin is that of the so-called “Gewürztraminer” which represents the native white grape variety par excellence of Alto Adige and grows particularly well in the low altitudes around Merano. The vinification involves cold maceration for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in small stainless steel wine tanks. Maturation on the lees for 5 months follows.
Gewurztraminer Festival Doc’s features
A lively straw yellow colour with musky reflections. The perfume has the aroma of flowery field with notes of roses, carnations, nutmeg and citrus. The taste has the flavor is harmonious, fresh and soft with a persistent aftertaste.
