Lucumone is a fresh, fruity wine made from white Vermentino grapes, with which the Mantellassi family wanted to remember the Etruscans and their skills in wine production. From pure vinification of 100% Tuscan Vermentino grapes. The origin falls in the area of the Maremma Toscana where the company operates. The vinification involves soft pressing with a grape / wine yield of around 60%. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in small stainless steel tanks. This is followed by maturation and refinement which develops for at least two months in the tank, bottled young to maintain its freshness and aromas.
