The vermentino Merì of the Argiolas winery represents the reference point for the prestigious line of the renamed company from Sardinia. It is honored by the DOC Vermentino di Sardegna certification. The production takes place in the company estate in Selegas. This territory gives good influences to the vines both for the soils structure and for the Mediterranean climate. This wine is made by 100% Vermentino grapes and the manual harvest takes place in September with the cooling of the grapes after being picked. There is a soft pressing, it follows the natural settling process at 10°-12°C in a no oxygenated area to preserve the must by the oxidative phenomenon. The fermentation under temperature control at 16°-17°C lasts 15-20 days.
