From the Cecchi winery a refined white wine of the Tuscan tradition that knows how to interpret the coastal territory and the marine influence on the coasts suited to winemaking, with internationally recognized expressiveness. The grape variety used for its vinification is that of 100% pure Vermentino. The origin is that of the Maremma Toscana. The vinification takes place in white, with cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place for 15 days at 15°C. The refinement of the wine takes place for at least 2 months in the bottle.
