The renowned Cecchi di Toscana winery produces this magnificent Chianti Classico which boasts the DOCG. The vinification involves the use of 95% Sangiovese grapes in Blends, to which is added a minimum part, of 5% Colorino grapes. The origin of the vineyards lies in the most suitable area of Tuscany, produced by the Cecchi family on the Villa Cerna estate. The vinification follows the traditional method in red with prolonged maceration on the skins, with a controlled temperature of 26°C. finally the refinement of the wine that develops starting immediately after fermentation during which it is left to age for six months in barrique and aged for three months in the bottle.

The organoleptic test shows an intense ruby red color. The perfume on the nose expresses with notes of violet, plum and cherry which are followed by flavors of rosemary, juniper and wet stone. The taste on the palate is pleasantly astringent, in line with the nose and with a long persistence.

A wine of the Italian tradition perfect with red meats, it is excellent together with the cut of veal with rosemary. The optimal serving temperature is 18 °C.
