The secret of this Spumante Demi Sec "Ice" Sant'Orsola is a higher quantity of residual sugar that gives us a sip that maintains its best characteristics even with some ice cubes.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine
A straw yellow colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. Pleasantly fruity, clean, aromatic. The taste is of excellent balance, soft, smooth and extremely pleasant.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this product from Sant'Orsola Winery
Perfect during a nice cocktail party, it is excellent served on a large glass with a couple of ice cubes, some blueberries and even with some mint leaves. To be served at a temperature of 8ºC in a tapered glass.
