From the vinification in blend of grapes from the grape of Piedirosso (locally called Per and Palummo) 50% Aglianico 50%. The origin is the classic one of Cetara and Raito (fraction of Vietri Sul Mare), Amalfi Coast. The harvest takes place in the third decade of October Manual harvest management. For the vinification at the end of the harvesting operations, the bunches are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins. The wine ages for a few months in steel tanks and then is bottled.
Characteristics of this Campania wine
The wine has an intense ruby red color, bright and lively. The nose opens with clear fruity notes, reminiscent of ripe cherry, plum and cherry, then followed by hints of licorice, undergrowth and Mediterranean maquis. The taste on the palate is fresh and full-bodied, consistent with the nose and good persistence. Pleasantly savory finish.

Excellent with all the dishes of the menu of earth, it is to be combined with the tagliatelle with pork sauce. The optimal serving temperature is 16 ºC.
