The Chardonnay DOC is a white wine from Friuli very classy produced by the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The wine is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes coming from an interational vine with a fruity and characteristic scent. The wine making is in steel under temperature control and it follows six months of refinement on lees.
Characteristics of this white wine from Friuli
It has a bright straw yellow with green reflections. The scent is fruity with some pineapple, banana, chamomile and yeast. The taste is full and fruity too with some peach and yellow flowers flavor with a good sapid and mineral aftertaste.

It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 10-12°C. It is perfect with starters, main courses, soups, eggs and fish.
