This magnificent aged Champagne of the well-known Tissier cellar is a recent production which enriches the prestigious range of the Champagne produced by the north-east producing cellar. The spectacular Champagne Cuvée Aphrodite wine is composed by a 70% of Pinot Meunier grapes and a 30% of Pinot Nero grapes. They are finely produced and refined in the producing cellar under the constant control of the farmers.
The characteristics of this Champagne
The refinement of this fantastic wine is bright, red and richly full of fresh and lively bubbles which animate the wine in the glass. It has little red wild fruit aromas such as the strawberries and gooseberry. At the end there are some fine and light aromas of fume grilled fruit. The taste is immediately lively, with a marked flavor of red fruits well harmonized and coordinated between them. The initial roundness ends with a dry herbs aroma which is marked in the aftertaste.
Suggested matches while tasting this Champagne
It is suggested the match with white meats lightly fume. The grilled chicken is the ideal match. Also the grilled fish is very good with this wine. The champagne Cuvée Aphrodite in 2011 is honored by the French certification of red wines.
