The Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs RSRV is a vintage that is one of the most prestigious references of this ancient brand. At the end of the soft pressing and vinification process, the base wines rest a few months before the creation of the final assembly. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a refermentation period on the lees for at least 3 years.
Characteristics of this Champagne
It has a pale yellow color with bright golden reflections. The bouquet is characterized by floral aromas, fragrant notes of citrus, fruity aromas, hints of pastry and pain grillé. The mouthfeel is taut and vertical, extending harmoniously towards a finish of great mineral freshness.
