Wine description
The Champagne Extra Brut Blanc De Blanc "Essentiel" is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes. The harvest, strictly manual, is done in the first ten days of September; fermentation in steel and aging in glass for 36 months before disgorging.
Features of this Champagne
Bright straw yellow wine with hints of hawthorn and lemon peel. The mouthfeel is fresh, savory and mineral, with a nice persistence.
Recommended pairings tasting this Champagne
Excellent as an aperitif or with structured fish dishes. To be served at a temperature of 8-10ºC in a tapered glass.
