Wine description

Louis Roederer’s Champagne Carte Blanche Demi Sec "Collection 243" is produced with Pinot Noir (40%), Chardonnay (40%), and the remaining Pinot Meunier. This Champagne shows a soft and balanced character with an enviable creaminess. It remains in contact with yeasts for 36 months, plus another 6 months after disgorgement.

 

Features of this Champagne

Straw yellow wine with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is full and intense with hints of candied fruit and hints of honey.

 

Recommended pairings tasting this Champagne

Perfect wine to uncork with fruit tarts or dry pastry. Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC in a tapered glass.
