This red wine from the Su'entu Winery comes from pure Cannonau grapes: it comes from vineyards facing south, on sandy soils and located at approximately 260 m above sea level. The harvest takes place at the beginning of September and takes place at night, to protect the grapes from the high temperatures of the day. Winemaking for this Cannonau Su'Anima requires an alcoholic fermentation with medium maceration of approximately 10 days during which remelting is carried out to extract a high concentration of anthocyanins and polyphenols. This is followed by malolactic steel where the final stage of maturation will also take place, with a final period of one year in the bottle.
Features of this Cannonau
It has a ruby red color with orange highlights. The olfactory bouquet is inviting, with references to flowers, red fruits and sweet resin. Fresh on the palate, with soft, floral tannins.

Excellent with dishes based on red meat, meat lamb or game. Try with spicy cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 15-16°C.
