Weinbeschreibung
Colle Villano deeply believes in Ribolla Gialla for its peculiarities and the quality that grapes can express on our Friulian Hills: a vine therefore that loves the tops of the hills, well drained, windy and mineral soils. It is harvested at the end of September and this allows to develop aromas and elegant aromas. The temperature range helps as always the finesse of the wine.
Characteristics of this Ribolla Gialla DOC
Straw yellow color with fresh and fruity hints and a dry and balanced taste.
Suggested pairings by tasting this product from Cantina Colle Villano
Perfect with grilled meats and fish soups, but also with traditional Friulian foods such as polenta with melted cheese. To be served at a temperature of 10ºC in a glass not very wide.
