Trentino Alto Adige is one of the most prestigious areas for the production of wines and it is impossible not to mention a winery that represents the excellence of the whole territory: Elena Walch. Two beautiful estates: the first on the shores of Caldaro lake and the second one in the little village of Termeno. The two locations, both located in the southern area of Bolzano, are point of reference for the expert wine lovers. The wines that Elena Walch produces are the best example of the union between “terroir”, vine variety and winery. “Catel Ringberg”, “Kastelaz” and “Minori”: 3 different vineyards that cover over 30 hectares owned by the company, for a yearly production that reaches around 500k bottles. The plants are treated carefully, as they were like “sons”. The cultivations respect the environment and each production step, in the cellar, aims to exalt the varietal features of the fruit and the mineral shades of the soil. Starting from 1988 (foundation of the company), all the different wines produced by Elena Walch have reached an international position in terms of prestige. This has been possible thanks to a rare sensibility: a great tradition that conveys respect for the plants, a scrupulous care in the cellar and the support of modern techniques that are able to give value to the man work. The result is a family of fabulous wines that stand out for excellence, elegance and internationality.
