“Simposio” takes its name from the speech about love, contained in the dialogues of Platone. It is known as “Convivio” too, and that’s what it is: an occasion to meet each other and to share everything in a unique experience. “Simposio” is the top expression of Vino Nobile produced by Trerose. A selection of 100% Sangiovese Prugnolo Gentile, coming from the best vineyards of the cellar (those oriented to south-west). The plants are trained with cordon spur pruning method, diffused in the centre of Italy. The fermentation is managed between 25-27°C and ends with the maceration, that last for 10/15 days. 36 months aging in barriques followed by further 12 months maturation in the bottle.

The aspect shows a dynamic red colour with deep garnet shades. The perfume is complex, faint, spicy and fruity. The taste is characterized by important tannins. It is a mineral wine that closes with a creamy and sweet final.
