Description du vin
Produced by the Zymè cellar is a wine from Veneto. It is produced with Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 25%, Oseleta 5% grapes. The grape harvest takes place in the East of the Valpolicella and it is made by hand to have the possibility to choose only the best bunches. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks of 100 hectoliters and in barrels of 200 hectoliters and it lasts 6 months.
