Weinbeschreibung
Allegrini’s Soave DOC is a soft and delicate white wine, able to combine freshness and aroma. Of great versatility, thanks to the vinification in steel that highlights the balanced minerality.
Soave "Oasi San Giacomo" DOC’s features
It has a straw-yellow color; the nose has hints of pink grapefruit and cedar and notes of wild flowers. The palate is fresh, with slight mineral nuances and a good aromatic persistence.
Suggesed food pairings while tasting this white wine from Veneto
Excellent in combination with appetizers and fish first courses, with grilled fish second courses, fish tartare, shellfish and sushi. Serve at a temperature of 10% in a chalice glass. not too wide.
