Rosso Veneto PASSIONESENTIMENTO PASQUA

This red wine from Veneto by Pasqua Winery is the progenitor of the PassioneSentimento project, created to celebrate a passion for wine and a strong bond with the city of Verona. It is made from a blend of Croatina, Corvina and Merlot grapes: the grapes are harvested manually and then left to dry in crates in the fruit cellar, where they lose 30% of their water content, reaching a high sugar concentration. Since the grapes have different ripening times, they are vinified separately in steel tanks and only blended at a later stage. Maturation takes place in oak tonneaux for 6 months.

Characteristics of this Veneto wine

It has a very intense ruby red colour; the bouquet is very complex, evoking red fruits and spices, while on the palate it is enveloping, with velvety tannins.

Try it with red meat dishes, mature cheeses and risottos with mushrooms or radicchio. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
