This Moscato from” Vanzini Winery is a wine produced in the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese, in the municipalities of San Damiano al Colle, Montecalvo Versiggia and Volpara, on clayey-limestone soils rich in marl and sandstone and from vineyards located on medium hills. It is obtained from pure vinified Moscato grapes, harvested at perfect ripeness. After a short maceration on the peels, we proceed with soft pressing and immediate separation of the peels. A wort is obtained and left to rest in steel tanks, where primary fermentation takes place for about 10-15 days. After a few rackings the wine matures in steel for three months, followed by bottling and aging in the bottle for 2/3 months in the bottle.
