Rosato Campania SAN GREG Feudi di San Gregorio

This rosé wine from Cantina Feudi di San Gregorio is made from 100% Aglianico grapes grown in the highest hills of Irpinia on limestone and marl soils. Following manual harvesting, the bunches are pressed to extract the noblest part. This is followed by fermentation in steel at a temperature of 16-18 C° with final maturation also in steel for 4 months.

Features of this rosé wine

This wine presents itself to the eye with a pale crystalline pink colour. On the nose come hints of red berry fruit, citrus and floral scents, closing with fresh mineral hints. In the mouth it is lean, juicy and drinkable.

Serving suggestions tasting this rose wine from Campania

Excellent with fish dishes; also try with pizza. Serve at a temperature of 10°C in a not very wide goblet.
