Primitivo BIO TENUTA VIGLIONE

This organic red wine from the Tenuta Viglione winery in Puglia is made from 100% Primitivo grapes grown in the characteristic Murgia region, on stony soils with south-west exposure. The grapes are harvested mechanically during the harvest, which takes place in the first ten days of September, followed by fermentation and finally ageing, both in steel.

Characteristics of this Puglia wine

It has a delicate ruby red colour with violet reflections. The bouquet is well defined by fruity notes of cherry and plum, while the palate is characterised by a delicate tannic texture.

Recommended pairings with this Apulian red wine

Excellent with all meat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C.
