Wine description
The Moscato d'Autunno of Saracco Winery is produced in the municipalities of Castiglione Tinella and Castagnole. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place partly in small French oak barrels and partly in large barrels for 12-14 months.
Characteristics of this Moscato
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, with a very fine perlage. The bouquet is intense with hints of peach orange blossom and thyme. An intense and persistent wine with well balanced sweet hints of pleasing crispness.
Recommended pairings tasting this wine of the Saracco winery
Perfect for all traditional Italian desserts. Serve at a temperature of 10ºC in a glass not very wide.
