It is a wine with the IGT Emilia certification. It is produced by the Ariola winery in the national territory. There are used the “Malvasia di Candia” grapes. The wines of the Nature line of Ariola are the ones whose re-fermentation takes place in the bottle so the product isn’t filtered and so they can tell the characteristics of the Parma hills. It is a white sparkling wine which is aromatic with ripen fruits aromas. It is perfect as appetizer and it exalts itselft with the local starters.

It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine, rich and persistent perlage. The smell has rose, apricots and yellow peach aromas. The taste is fresh, soft, almond and persistent.
