Wine description
The Langhe Chardonnay "Prasuè" of Saracco Winery is produced in the municipalities of Castiglione Tinella and Castagnole. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place partly in small French oak barrels and partly in large barrels for 12-14 months.
Characteristics of this Piedmontese wine
A straw-yellow wine, it has complexity and structure. The nose has a fruity aroma of apple and pineapple and the taste is harmonious and persistent.
