Description du vin

The vinification of 100% autochthonous grapes of Salamino di Santa Croce. The origin is the classic one of the territory of Concordia in the province of Modena. The vinification involves the soft crushing, first fermentation in steel and refermentation in bottle with foam and stop on the fine lees, without disgorging.

The wine has a brilliant and impenetrable ruby red color, with a rich and subtle foam. The aroma is rich in hints of red fruits such as blackberries and cherries. The taste on the palate is fresh, with good acidity and a proper persistence

 

Suggested food pairings while tasting this product of Cantine di Carpi e Sorbara winery

Excellent with typical courses of the Emilia-Romagna tradition such as Lasagne, Tortellini and other dishes of the local tradition. A perfect wine with Cotechino, Zampone and with all the cuts of the boiled can be combined with white and red meat on the grill or grilled. The optimal serving temperature is 10ºC.
