Wine description
Insolia IGT Terre Siciliane is a white wine, produced by the Assuli company located in the Trapani countryside in Mazzara del Vallo. This grapes are 100% Insolia picked at the middle of September. The fermentation is in stainless steel and always under temperature control, follows 4-5 months of maturation in steel “Sur Lies” and, at least, 2 months of bottle refinement.
Characteristics of the Insolia "Carinda" IGT Terre Siciliane wine
Aesthetically it has a clear straw yellow colour. The scent is delicate with some citrus and orange blossom flower flavours. The taste is fresh, sapid and mineral.
Suggestions for the Insolia "Carinda" white wine
It has to be served in a medium wide wine glass at 8-10°C. It is perfect to be drunk with fish starters, shellfish and fried fish.
