The Gran Cuvéè Rosè Brut "Grani Rosa di Nero" is a wine produced in the Merotto cellar located in the San Martino col in the Valdobbiadene territory in Veneto. The grapes are 100% Pinot Nero coming from vineyards cultivated in the Piave area. After a short maturation, follows the single-variety winemaking and finally the fermentation and the sparkling wine process are in autoclave for about 60 days by following the Charmat method.
Characteristics of Gran Cuvéè Roseé Brut
Esthetically it has a bright rose color with a brilliant foam and a fine and persistence perlage. The scent is intense, instant with some red fruit flavors. The taste is fresh and sapid with evident raspberry, strawberry and currant touch with a long and fruit aftertaste.

It has to be served in flute at 6-8°C. It is perfect for the aperitif time and also with fish and white meat.
