The Ribolla Gialla has been cultivated for centuries in the hills of Friuli, where the renowned "Rabiole de Collibus" is born. In Collio, in the terraces of Ponca purissima, soil that exalts this variety to the maximum, the best expression of Attems Ribolla Gialla is produced.
Ribolla Gialla "TREBES" DOC's features
The color has a beautiful shade reminiscent of the flower of mimosa. On the nose the spicy notes dominate, saffron, bread, nettle, wrapped in fruitier sensations of cedar and dried figs. In the final of the tasting emerges a tannic texture that gives great depth to the wine.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Attems winery
Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and fish dishes. It is recommended to consume it at a temperature of 8°-10°C in a tapered glass.
