Weinbeschreibung
“Villa Scolca” is produced with grapes coming from vineyards of 15-20 years old; It is characterized by a refined and round structure. Vinified “sur lie”, it has wide and fruity scent and a full, harmonious taste that make it pleasant through the whole meal. 100% Cortese grapes coming from the hills in the area of Gavi. The traditional wine making technique requires a continuous control of the temperature. It can be drunk in every moment of the year.

This wine shows a light straw yellow colour, with delicate green reflections. The perfume is harmonious and characterized by flowers. The taste is typical, rich and with a pleasant bitterness.

Perfect with every type of meal. It has to be served at 12°C.
