For the vinification is expected alcoholic fermentation in wooden barrels for about 3 weeks with maceration at a controlled temperature of 25-Malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels and then the wine ages for another 16 months partly in new barriques and partly in second/third passage barriques. The wine is then left to ferment in barrels.
