From the careful vinification of Barbera grapes. The origin is the classic one of Piedmont, in the municipality of Castelnuovo Calcea. Harvest by hand involves precious and selected grapes. The vinification of the Barbera grapes requires that they ferment for 12 days in oak vats, at a temperature between 27 and 30 degrees. The refinement, on the other hand, provides that these are aged first for a year in small oak barrels, and then for another 15 months in glass. A truly special wine.
