The Cleto Chiarli winery from Modena produces this sensational Lambrusco di Sorbara wine which is honored by the DOC certification. The “Premium” label is the new version of the local tradition and the territory of this characteristic area of the Lambrusco. The Premium label is a pink wine with remarkable aromas of strawberry and undergrowth. The taste is fresh, penetrating, mineral and at the same time velvety and incredibly pleasant. It is also dynamic with a proof of 11%. It is made with 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. There is a light maceration followed by racking off of the must and then the refrigeration. It follows a slow fermentation which guarantee the re-fermentation with the “cuve close” method according to the Cleto Chiarli tradition.

The Lambrusco Premium di Sorbara DOC has a dry, sapid, aromatic taste but also lightly acid. It is joined by a fine and evanescent foam. The color is absolutely clear and lively with pin reflections. The scent is characteristic, intense, pleasant, persistent and wide.
